Users of this website must agree that access to and use of the site are subject to these terms and conditions and other applicable New Zealand law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not continue further.
Purchase orders are subject to review and acceptance by Incept Marine Ltd. As prices and product specifications are subject to change, it is possible your order may not be accepted or we may have to communicate changes or availability issues to you after you place your order.
The information contained in this website is subject to change without notice.
We are not responsible for typographical, technical, or descriptive errors of products herein.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other automated form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
Incept Marine Ltd reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
The name that will appear on your statement, order confirmation and receipt will be Incept Marine Ltd.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed with an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Incept Marine Ltd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price - whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Incept Marine Ltd shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
WARRANTY
Every product you buy from Incept Marine Ltd is backed first by the product manufacturer's or supplier’s warranty. Any fault in materials or workmanship within the stated warranty period will be remedied at no cost to the owner beyond the cost of getting the said product back to base. If not stated otherwise, a 12 month warranty applies.
Warranty period
From date of purchase the warranty period is
· Incept inflatable boats in non-commercial use 5 years
· Incept inflatable boats in commercial use 2 years
· Gumotex inflatable kayaks 2 years
· Accessories 1 year
Incept Marine Ltd will assist customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with products from other manufacturers and suppliers.
Warranty provisions are conditional on the return of the product back to the Taihape NZ factory, or the place of purchase, or the closest approved warranty shop, freight pre-paid.
All costs of making good including freight from warranty base back to owner is covered by warranty.
RETURN POLICY
Returned products must be complete, in new condition including the original outer packaging and be received within 14 days of the date shipped. The returned item must be returned with an original or copy of the invoice or other proof of purchase.
Incept reserves the right to refuse for return, or to charge a restocking fee, for damaged, incomplete or otherwise non-conforming returns.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund:
- Adhesives and solvents,
- Boats or products that have been used or put on water,
- All items that are purchased on special.
REFUND POLICY
Once we receive your item, we will notify you of receipt. After inspecting the item we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or reverse the original method of payment) within 3 business days. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the banking system.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Incept Marine Ltd be liable for damages, loss of business or profit, harm of health, injury or death in relation to the use of any product purchased from this site.
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
Purchase orders are reviewed by Incept to ensure that the order is accurate and the payment is valid. Once the order is approved the shipment is processed.
If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible, normally within 2 business days. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, we will contact you and either issue a full or partial refund or make a back-order.
DELIVERY TIME
Items ordered from this website can be shipped only to destinations within New Zealand. For shipments outside of New Zealand the purchaser must contact Incept for options.
Delivery times:
North Island metropolitan up to 25kg: 1-2 Business Days
North Island rural up to 25 kg: 2-3 Business Days
North Island bulky items or over 25 kg: 3-4 Business Days
South Island metropolitan up to 20kg: 2-3 Business Days
South Island rural up to 20 kg: 3-4 Business Days
South Island bulky items or over 25 kg: 4-5 Business Days
Saturday & Sunday deliveries are not available.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping charges will be applied additionally to all orders. A handling fee may be charged also for some items such as fragile or dangerous goods.

RISK OF LOSS
For all shipments, title to products and risk of loss or damage passes from Incept Marine Ltd to the customer upon delivery by the shipping company.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the case of any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to your purchase of any product or service from Incept Marine Ltd, New Zealand law applies.
